(C) Make an agreement with the representative of Band regarding fee, accommodation, backline and other things.

(D) Advertisement of the show with the help of posters and media.

(E)  Arrangement of opening ceremony if required.

(F) Make sure every one about his/her role on the promo and also about the timings like when sound check is done and every one should get the chance of sound check.

(G) Proper arrangement of stage, its decoration and all time power backup during the show.

So, as mentioned in above list, this job is of multi-tasking type and a promoter has to perform a number of functions simultaneously.

To know about how to be a promoter, a person should be familiar with all those problems which may arise at the eleventh hour of the show. They may be of  any type like posters are not ready; performer may forget his/her song, one of the performer may be absent due to his/ her personal reasons but these things never matter and be sure that only the promoter will be responsible for failure of the show. So, it is good to plan well before organizing a show and you must have clear list of all your responsibilities and there must be no confusion at any instant of the promo. There should not be any chance of error and your plan must be full proof.

Money can be made as promoter but it is not an easy task and money always comes with slow but steady pace. So the thing required is to keep close eye on every kind of deal and also on the expenditures on various moments.
